Hi, I’m Leilany, and I develop people and the people part of organizations!
I’m known for guiding startups, small businesses, and non-profits to cultivate their company culture, establish people operations process, design high-performing teams, and build their employee development programs. I’ve launched everything related to people development for startups and up to a 300-person organization – from creating mentorship programs, leadership training, communication development, advising the CEO, hiring and retention, SOPs, you name it, I’ve probably done it, and with a big smile on my face!
In the past 12 years I’ve focused on the workforce-management and recruiting, education, and mental health industries. I draw from my background in counseling and training, and leverage a Talent-Optimization operating system to develop custom strategies that drive employee retention and NPS.
