Working with emotional memory

Thoughts happen in the mind, emotions happen in the body.
Something happened in your life that created the belief you currently have. The emotional memory continues to live in your body, believing it’s protecting you, but often getting in your way.  In order for that emotional memory to resolve, it needs to be addressed, acknowledged, and then released.
Once your body is aligned with your mind, you have the ability to come into coherence. And coherence is where the mind and the body can synchronize and establish a new belief system.

Core Beliefs Counseling combines Theta-State meditation, NLP, Reiki, and behavioral counseling to take you on a journey back to your radiant self. Much of this work focuses on building a loving relationship with your inner child who carries your emotional memory.
